Where the fairy lanterns glowed
And the little pretty flittermice are flying :
A slender band of grey
It runs creepily away
And the hedges and the grasses are a-sighing.
The air is full of wings,
And of blundering beetle- things
That warn you with their whirring and their humming.

Of enchanted leprechauns
And the padding feet of many gnomes a-coming !

this is my first ever attempt at photo manipulation. i had so much fun doing this and plan to try and do more. this was inspired by J.R.R. Tolkien's The Hobbit, hence all the quotes and the title. The title is supposedy written in "runes" which is the language Tolkien coded some of the maps and illustrations with. i got the translation from here. I'm not sure on the accuracy, however. Wilderland, for those of you who have not seen or read anything by Tolkien, is a fictional realm where most of his stories take place...in Middle Earth. i hope i have everyone credited, if you see something you think belongs to you or someone else please note me and i'll check my resources again. hope you all enjoy!
